Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
‍These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Clairon Affiliate & Referral Program (“Program”).
By registering, you agree to comply with all the terms detailed here.The Program may be operated across several platforms (e.g., PartnerStack or others), and these Terms apply regardless of the platform used.

2. Eligibility
‍Participants must be at least 18 years old.Individuals, agencies, consultants, creators, and companies may join.Clairon reserves the right to approve or deny applications for any reason.

3. Commission Structure
3.1 Standard Commission
‍Affiliates earn:
- 30% recurring commission on all subscriptions for the first 12 months after a referred user becomes a paying customer.
After 12 months, no additional recurring commission is generated unless otherwise communicated.

‍3.2 Customer Discount
‍Customers who join Clairon through an affiliate link automatically receive: 10% discount for their first 3 months of subscription.The discount is applied regardless of the plan chosen.

‍3.3 Validity Conditions
‍Commission is only paid if:
- The referred customer completes the purchase via the affiliate link.
- The customer is new (not previously in Clairon CRM, email list, or existing pipeline). The payment has been successfully processed (no refund, chargeback, or fraud). Commission is not paid for:
- Self-referrals
- Fraudulent activity
- Duplicate accounts
- Accounts using invalid payment methods
- Users from coupon or discount-abuse networks

4. Attribution Rules
- Attribution is based on last-click unless otherwise defined by the platform used.
- The attribution window (cookie window) depends on the platform settings (typically 30–90 days).
-If two affiliates refer the same user, the last valid click wins.
- Clairon reserves the final authority on attribution in case of discrepancies.

5. Multi-Platform Management
‍The Clairon Program may operate across multiple affiliate platforms.
Therefore:
- Tracking, payouts, and attribution may differ depending on the platform.
- Affiliates must comply with the terms and tracking requirements of the platform they join.
- Clairon may migrate or consolidate the program across platforms at any time.
- If the program transitions from one platform to another, commissions already earned remain payable according to the original platform rules.
- Affiliates must maintain updated payout details in the relevant platform dashboard.

6. Payouts
- Payouts are issued through the affiliate platform you are registered to (e.g., PartnerStack).
- Minimum payout thresholds vary by platform.
- Payouts occur monthly or according to the platform’s schedule.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing tax information when required.
- Failed payments due to incorrect details are the affiliate’s responsibility.

7. Promotion Guidelines
‍Affiliates may promote Clairon via:
- Content, newsletters, blogs, videos, social posts, reviews
- Tutorials or comparisons
- Private communities (non-spammy)
Affiliates may not:
- Use false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
- Pretend to be official Clairon staff
- Run ads on brand keywords (“Clairon”, “Clairon AI”, etc.)
- Use spam, bots, cookie stuffing
- Promote on coupon or discount aggregation sites
- Promote in a way that damages Clairon’s reputation
- Violation leads to immediate program termination and loss of unpaid earnings.

8. Intellectual Property
‍Affiliates may use official Clairon assets (logos, icons, brand kit) as provided.
No modifications, distortions, or unauthorized variations of the branding are permitted.

9. Program Changes
‍Clairon may update:
- Commission rates
- Discount rules
- Tracking logic
- Eligible channels
- Affiliate platform(s) used
Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
Continued participation = acceptance.

10. Termination
‍Clairon may terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time for:
- Fraud or abuse
- Policy violations
- Misrepresentation
- Harmful promotional practices
- Affiliates may leave the program whenever they wish.
Unpaid commissions remain payable if they were legitimately earned prior to termination.

11. Limitation of Liability
‍Clairon is not responsible for:
- Tracking issues beyond its control
- Technical problems on third-party platforms
- Loss of revenue or indirect damages
- Affiliate misinterpretations or misuse of the program
